Thank you and see you next year~

This blog has been running for about three years. Even though I had a really few readers and it's like my personal journal, I will keep this blog as long as I love kimono, kitsuke and everything about Japan. I'm an Indonesian and I love kimono. Thank you for inventing this fashion. I'm so happy this culture ever hit me. I'll see you next year.

ISOTK Round 2 4th Stop: Fifi, Jakarta

I think I triple-posted Indonesian Sisterhood of Traveling Kimono (ISOTK) project consecutively :D. This time, the kimono journey wasn't as far as before. It was from Bekasi to Jakarta (really, it was that short :D). Anyway, this time, Fifi  decided to go to Taman Mini Indonesia Indah. She said that she had a struggle doing her kitsuke. It took her around 5 hours total for dressing and she was already stressed. Without further delay, here I present you some of her pictures that day. You can see the full album set in here .

ISOTK Round 2 3rd Stop: Guri, Bekasi

After visiting Semarang, the kimono Round 2 of Indonesian Sisterhood of Traveling Kimono  has continuing its journey to Bekasi. This time, the participant was Annissa Guri Utami , but she is usually called Guri. She was a self taught in kitsuke (kimono dressing). For usual, you can find the full album set in here .

ISOTK Round 2 2nd Stop: Fajar, Semarang

The kimono Round 2 of  Indonesian Sisterhood of Traveling Kimono  has settled its journey to Semarang. Fajar Arif Rachman  was the stylist and dresser this time. Check his work below: They are really lovely, aren't they? For full album set, you can check here .

How to Fold Hakama

Folding hakama  can be a little tricky. But with the correct way of folding it, we will get a well maintained and smooth pleated skirt without any necessary wrinkle. I myself haven't had a hakama, but I'm thinking about having one of it someday ^w^.
