Kimono Day: Kitsuke July 2013 + Gathering at Gulai Kepala Ikan

Konnichiwa~ I want Blogger has a lot of array of cute emoticon, like Rakuten or Ameba (Japanese blog platform). So back to my last kitsuke this month, I was able to wear a komon. One of my favourite komon is this red plaid komon. It was homemade. The bike was for decoration. It was flat tyre. Wearing my trusty obiage and my tsumugi obi debut ^o^. Trying to make tsunodashi musubi. I didn't know if that worked or not. It was actually a pretied nagoya obi. The ohashori wasn't neat. The weather was great in the morning, but became cloudy during the afternoon and drizzled after that for some minutes.Anyhow, I managed to got out from the unfavourable weather because I was indoor. Wearing this ensemble when attending one of my Japanese community's gathering. This kimono was home-made and one of my favourite piece. ISOTK Round 1 5th Stop: Sholi, Jakarta

So we finally reach the last participant of the first batch of I ndonesian Sisterhood of Traveling Kimono Project. The last participant was Sholi , but she didn't modeled herself. She was represented by one of her friend (though I didn't know her name). Sholi did the styling. Here is some of the catch of the day: For the complete album set, please visit here .
